Angela Kristensen brings more than 15 years of experience in insurance operations, acquisition management, and financial strategy to her role as Director of Accounting at Linchpin. A trusted advisor to clients, Angela takes the time to understand their story – where they’ve been, where they’re headed, and how Linchpin can help them get there.
Known for her integrity and straight talk, Angela doesn’t overpromise – she empowers clients with options and guidance, making sure they always feel supported. She’s especially passionate about problem solving, and nothing makes her day like building a better outcome for a client who came to Linchpin in need of answers.
Angela’s career path into insurtech was a natural fit. Nicknamed “IT Angela” in a previous role, she recognized early on how deeply technology drives every aspect of agency operations. At Linchpin, she gets to combine that passion with her accounting expertise to support agencies across the country.
Outside of work, Angela is a published author and a champion of kindness in leadership. She believes that the way we respond to mistakes can define how teams grow and thrive.
