Though her work is often behind the scenes, her impact is front and center – ensuring quality standards, mentoring staff, and resolving challenges that others may struggle to untangle.
Karin is known for her ability to manage and develop high-performing teams, and she finds the greatest joy in watching her team – and Linchpin itself – grow and thrive. Her career in insurtech began with a trusted colleague’s referral, but it was Linchpin’s forward-thinking vision and commitment to helping insurance agencies streamline operations that sealed the deal.
Outside of work, Karin enjoys traveling and interior design. Her sense of structure, style, and strategy is present in everything she does – making her an indispensable part of the Linchpin team.
